Please note our MOQ (minimum order quantity) on kits is 50 sets, for India-manufactured "VS Vapour" brand e-liquid is 2,000 mL, and 2,500 mL for the UK-manufactured "Forest Collection" brand e-liquid (available only in 10mL bottles). Please also note lead time on wholesale order dispatch could be up to 15 business days.

- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Alternative shipping methods and couriers are
available at additional costs for orders placed over the phone.
- All orders are processed within 30 hours of order placement unless otherwise noted.
- If in any event the order can not be processed, Client will be contacted within 30 hours with explanation.
- All orders should arrive within 1-4 business days as guaranteed by USPS.
- If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is at the fault of USPS all

- Anyone living in the Lewisville, Texas area is permitted, at our discretion, to PICK-UP their
order(s), at a location of our choosing, if so requested and agreed upon by Client and Vapor Station.

Shipping and handling rate is negotiable (typically $15.00), end-result is based entirely on Parcelforce/Royal Mail scale, insurance, and customs brokerage fees.

- If in any event the order can not be processed, Client will be contacted within 30 hours with explanation.
- All orders should arrive within 5-12 business days as guaranteed by US Postal Service. (Customs issues
may vary scheduling)

Returns and Warranties:
Vapor Station offers a 30 day money back guarantee on DOA items and goods whose packages are untampered, unopened and in tact only.
All Vapor Station starter kits are covered by a 6-month warranty. All Vapor Station accessories are covered by a 3-month warranty. Please keep all defective items as we will ask you to return them to our Lewisville, TX location. All warranties are enacted the day the customer receives their order. In order to receive warranty-claimed items, first, contact us by opening a Contact Ticket - we will then ask that you place an order (no matter the size) on the website for your warranty-claimed items to be included in. You may also call us directly at (210) 591 8273 if you do not wish to place an order as we do ask you instead cover the cost of shipping. Shipping prices may vary, but we will never, ever charge more than the actual shipping costs.
If for any reason we unexpectedly run out of stock on a particular liquid strength in a pending order, we will send the nearest strength available. We will generally send an email if such an occurance does arise, but not necessarily always as only one of the crew members who handles packaging actually has access to customer email addresses. The correct flavor/strength will be shipped with the next order placed when it has come back into stock. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.
Per the risk of spoilage for e-liquids of a lengthy exposure to high heat during transit, we do suggest insurance be purchased on e-liquid orders during the summer months. In the event e-liquid is heat-tainted upon receipt, Vapor Station is not liable unless insurance is purchased. Heat-taint is generally only an issue of the summer. As our warehouse is located in Texas, the chance of heat-taint, though rare, is possible during the summer months where heatwave trends are common.
For sanitary purposes, Vapor Station does NOT allow refunds or warranty claims for Cartridges or liquid products.
All standard accessories (single unit accessories) and bulk accessories (i.e. 5x Atomizers, 5x Batteries, etc) are covered by 3-month warranty. As the prices have been adjusted much lower for bulk accessories, warranty may only be claimed once all accessories included in the set have become defective or are malfunctioning - this also includes DOA goods.
No reason/explanation for return is necessary, but ALL shipping fees are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise stated by Vapor Station management. All merchandise must arrive at our warehouse in original, unopened, un-tampered packaging or a refund will not be granted. A copy of your original invoice must also be included in your returned order. Any note left within the returned shipment containing comments, suggestions or any other information will be considered and reconsidered.
We are honest and ethical. Please, never expect anything less from Vapor Station.
